From this, our technicians analyze the reported problem and look for ways to solve it. Once the best way is found, the customer is notified by email and telephone about the quote. Once approved, technicians work quickly to apply the solution already informed to the customer.
After the necessary adjustments, the equipment goes through another battery of tests, thus certifying that the maintenance has been successfully completed. At this time the customer is notified of the return of the equipment.
